Community Eligibility Provision Notification

Updated: August 2026

Cook County School District 130 will continue participating in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) during the 2026-2027 school year.

What Does This Mean for Your Family?
Great news! All students enrolled in Cook County School District 130 K-8 schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch each school day at no cost during the 2026-2027 school year. Families do not need to complete a meal application, and no further action is required to participate in the program.

Providing students with nutritious meals each day helps support learning, health, and academic success, and we are pleased to continue offering this benefit to all enrolled students.
