Welcome to the 2025-2026 Pre-K Student Registration for students new to Cook County School District 130

Bienvenido al registro de estudiantes de Pre-kínder 2025-2026 para estudiantes nuevos en el Distrito Escolar 130 del Condado de Cook

The Cook County School District 130 Preschool for All Program is funded by the Illinois State Board of Education.  Requirements for Screening and Registration are as follows:

STEP # 1: Complete the Intake Form

Prior to registration and enrollment, all children must be screened for eligibility.  Please click the following link to complete the intake form.  “Cook County School District 130 PI & PFA Intake Form/Formulario de admisión”  Please DO NOT complete the “2025-2026 New Student Registration (Kdg-8th Grade)” link. 

STEP #2: Schedule a Residency Verification Appointment

Once you submit your intake form, one of our Parent Educators will reach out to review residency requirements and schedule an appointment to verify your residency in person. Once residency is verified, you will be given a screening appointment.  

STEP # 3: Attend the Screening Appointment

We have limited screening days, so it is very important that you keep your screening appointment.  On this day, your child will participate in the screening process while you submit enrollment documents, and complete the online registration process.

All required residency documents must be submitted in order for your child to participate in the screening process.
